Baking yeasted breads at home can provide amazing opportunities to learn about the science of cooking. In this class, we’ll provide hands-on, technique-based instruction on preparing one of the most popular recipes to debut in the kitchen in the last decade, “No-Knead Bread.” Pioneered by New York baker Jim Lahey, this recipe is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the benefits of making yeasted bread at home. Class attendees will need to bring an apron, large kitchen bowl, and kitchen towel. Registration required, space is limited. Samples will be provided and each party will be able to take home their own dough to bake at home. Adults 18+
