Rentals

The Yorba Linda Public Library offers two rental rooms for small and large events: The Library Community Room and the Olinda Room. If you are interested in booking a Study Room, please visit our Study Room webpage.


Library Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.


Library Community Room

Available Rental Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Olinda Conference Room

Available Rental Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.


Event Rental Checklist

Rental Application
Submit your rental request by completing the Rental Application and emailing it to ylpleventrentals@yorbalindaca.gov.

Await Confirmation
An email will be sent to you in 3-4 business days confirming your rental.

Complete Final Documents
Review and complete the additional documents sent with your rental confirmation email.

Choose Floorplan
Choose your preferred room layout from our variety of floorplan options to suit your event's needs.

Finalize Payment
Schedule an in-person meeting to finalize your payment and rental details.

Final Check
One week prior to your rental, schedule a meeting to complete a technology check and finalize your room layout.
