What safety measures are in place for community members and library staff?
The health and safety of our community members and staff continue to be our top priority. The Library is following CDC guidelines as well as the contactless curbside pick-up model we are using provides maximum social distancing for the safety of both patrons and staff.

I returned my items, but my account says they are still checked-out?
Taking care, takes time. In order to ensure the safety of our staff and community members, all items are being held for at least 5 days before being checked-in.  Continue to check your account for updated account information.

Why does it take up to 24 hours for my requests to be filled?
To support social distancing efforts, we are operating with limited staff. We will fill your requests as quickly as possible but wait times may be longer than usual. Thanks for your patience.

I checked out my items using curbside pick-up, when are my items due?
All items checked out with curbside pick-up services are due three weeks from the date of pick-up.
