The City of Yorba Linda invites the community to join in the commemoration of this historic project by attending the Library & Cultural Arts Center Groundbreaking Ceremony on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at the project site located on Lakeview Avenue between Lemon Street and Yorba Linda Boulevard.
